dose it have other weapons besides the ion cannon because if not its a wast, the nose could hold another two guns and it could have another on the under side and one or two hidden in the wings

As it says unfinished work. Likely this one will never finish since I have restarted it. But in this incarnation that whole central area is a large weapon, the turrets would then become secondary mains with all of those pulse or whatever they were weapons on the wings (yellow bits) along with a crapload of smaller defense weapons etc. (granted it was argued that this port could be a launch bay instead) Give Lost Tales a search on youtube and you will see examples of the smaller weapon types I had planned. Again these have to have some small basis on Babylon 5 so with that in mind most ships only had a mega-weapon and little else.
